Lyman Events

Welcome New Students!

We are planning two events designed to help your child and you have a smooth transition to John Lyman School. New children entering 1st through 4th grade are invited to meet each other and visit John Lyman School on Friday, June 1st at 9:30am. Students will meet briefly in the Library Media Center and then tour the building with our Senators. At 10:00 visitors will attend our weekly school-wide assembly.The program will conclude at approximately 10:40am.

The second event is John Lyman "Step-Up Day" which will be held on Monday, June 18th, 9:30-11:00am. Parents are invited to drop off their child at the John Lyman office on this morning so he/she can be a part of this activity. Step- Up Day is an annual event which provides students with an opportunity to meet their teachers and classmates for the next school year. We look forward to seeing you at these events. Please call the school at 349-7240 to RSVP for these events.
