IST Department
The Infrastructure and Security Technology (IST) department is the division of Regional School District 13's Central Office that is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all end-user devices (computers, printers, tablets, etc.), security hardware, security software, communication platforms, and network based systems which keep the district connected and secure.
An average of 2,500 support tickets are addressed annually by the IST Department.

Each building has at least one stipended Key User on staff to answer common tech questions, assist with the basic troubleshooting of district issued devices, and are the in-building point personnel if you are unable to submit a support ticket.
